Unlimited Super Stick Time at our camp offers a dynamic blend of skill development and game experience. Each session includes 30 minutes of focused skills training guided by our expert coaches, followed by 30 minutes of exhilarating scrimmage play. It's the perfect opportunity to refine your technique, enhance your hockey IQ, and enjoy the thrill of competitive gameplay—all in one action-packed hour on the ice.

Super stick time session includes 60 minutes of focused skills training guided by expert coaches, followed by 30 minutes of exhilarating full ice hockey. This 30 minutes session is also known as "Pond Hockey or Shinny Ice".

Please sign up for our skate school on SherwoodIcearena.com. After completion, you can then start with stick time and eventually progress to Super Stick Time.
Both are available, but with Super Stick Time, the scrimmage at the end provides an opportunity for players to improve skills in a relaxed game environment with no body checking.
